Prepared for the Ministry of Youth and Sports · Final round
The Club.النادي
Where Egypt's champions are made, on the field and on the stage, and where every family belongs.
One truth, from all of our research
- Egypt produces world-class talent.
- The Gulf is building the houses.
- And Egypt keeps exporting its champions.
Farida Osman, the first Egyptian and African to win a World Championship swimming medal, had to leave to train in the United States. The talent exists. The path does not. The Club already holds a building where that path can start.
01 · What we know
Five club models. Not one sells what families are asking for.
- Legacy eliteGezira 1882, Heliopolis 1910, Sporting 1890
Heritage by inheritance, now mourned for decline.
- Developer premiumSODIC, TMG, ZED, NewGiza, Palm Hills
Beautiful facilities tied to real estate, for the affluent few.
- Investor footballPyramids, Ceramica, Future
Pro clubs, not membership clubs.
- Private chainsWadi Degla
The modern benchmark: transparent and scaled.
- GovernmentThe Club
Official, affordable, open to all: the democratic club.
The gap: every model sells a place or a prestige. None sells a system that develops people, in body or in talent. And crowding is the loudest complaint in the sector: demand is high, trust is scarce.
We listened to the real conversation: reviews, comments, forums
Five words carry the whole category.
Tap a word to see how the brand answers it. Underneath all five: belonging, parental anxiety, value anxiety and nostalgia.
Our Club, x-rayed
Rich in assets. Poor in expression.
- 3Branches: 6th of October, Sheraton Heliopolis, New Capital
- 6Combat halls, operated with UFC Gym Egypt
- 1Olympic pool
- 1Gymnastics and squash building
- 1Cultural & Performing Arts building, at the Capital. No sport-only rival owns one.
It owns exactly the facilities its disciplines need, and tells almost none of that story: a fragmented identity, a website that does not work, prices behind a DM.
02 · The turn
Our hypothesisMake The Club the house that builds Egypt's champions, and the members will follow.
We tested it. It failed.
- The drivers do not match. Memberships are bought for family safety, green space, breadth, value, events and kids' activities. Parents of elite athletes are one segment, not the mass.
- The market leader disproves it. Wadi Degla claims over a million members, built on breadth, transparency, an app and about twenty academies used as participation funnels.
- The timescales do not fit. A champion takes 8 to 15 years. Memberships are needed now.
We were honest enough to kill our own best idea. That is why you can trust the one that replaced it.
So here is the real engine
Champions are not the engine. They are the edge.
Family and value, plus a participation funnel across every discipline. A child in a combat, swim, gymnastics, music or acting class is the warmest family-membership lead there is.
80,000 memberships, and it works now.
Combat, water and gymnastics excellence, a real performing-arts academy, and the champion story on top. The prestige, the PR, the long game.

Three diseases, all curable
Invisible, and hard to join, exactly when a family is ready to decide.
- Fragmentation
Several Facebook identities, a page per branch, two live domains, a name that reads "the club of the club". Three managements, three presences.
- Invisibility
Search نادي النادي اشتراك and you find third-party blogs, not The Club. The website is an empty shell.
- Friction
Prices are DM-gated, colliding with the first question, بكام؟ About five reviews for an 80,000-member ambition.
Clean the house.
One brand and one handle system across three branches. Retire the zombie pages and the second domain. Claim every Google profile. Start the review engine.
The lead-gen website.
Fast and findable. Prices per branch, up front. Academies with named coaches. A build-your-membership quote with financing. WhatsApp on every page.
04 · The idea
ده مش أي نادي
This is not just any club.
We keep the name. The press already uses it, three branches already carry it, and it is the only name broad enough for the ring and the stage. We give the generic name a role: the one that deserves to be called The Club.
The umbrellaالنادي.. ناديناThe Club. Our club.
Option 1 · The Rings · النواة
Rings radiating from one point.
The foundation every talent grows from. It evolves the circular mark you already have and keeps its most valuable equity, the concentric ring. The flag is not added on: it sits in the circle.

The mark sets. The spark arrives.
One bold geometric monogram, drawn once and protected everywhere. Energy lives only in the pill: lime by default, and the one element that recolours for each academy.

06 · The differentiator
A house of academies. Participation funnels first, the elite pathway on top.
-
The differentiatorCombat القتال
Six halls with UFC Gym Egypt: boxing, wrestling, judo, taekwondo, karate, MMA. Kids' discipline and women's self-defence fill the funnel. West Cairo's home of combat.
-
The owned assetWater السباحة
The Olympic pool: learn-to-swim and squads, artistic swimming, water polo, diving, aqua fitness and summer family bundles.
-
The base sportGymnastics الجمباز
Artistic, rhythmic and trampoline from early ages: the foundation of every athlete, and a strong draw for girls and young families.
-
The broadest funnelArts الفنون
Music, acting and theatre in the Capital's dedicated building, with recitals as the proof. It reaches the families sport never converts.
Para program, as CSR. Inclusive programs with the Egyptian Paralympic Committee: everyone belongs. Run in the open: published trials, named coaches, scholarships and lifelong membership for discovered talent.
07 · Communication
Where Egypt's champions are made, on the field and on the stage, and where your family belongs.
- Lead with talent and family. Sport and stage first, always.
- Speak as a parent, an athlete, a performer. Warm, human, sure of itself.
- Prove, don't promise. Named coaches, real pathways, prices in public, recital and match footage.
- Let members talk. This audience trusts peers over brand claims.
Official gives trust. Warmth gives love. The brand needs both, and the voice carries the second.
Content pillars
Weighted to sell the engine and show the edge.
Each channel has one job
- InstagramBrand and reach: reels-first, a unified grid, the front door.
- TikTokDiscovery: fast combat, water and performance clips.
- FacebookCommunity and trust: events, parents, groups.
- WhatsAppConversion: where interest becomes a booked tour.
- Google BusinessIntent: families already searching near each branch.
- YouTubeDepth: hero films, academy explainers, full recitals.
The operating model
Three managements. One brand.
Shared rails, local trains: one calendar, standard templates, branch autonomy kept. Zombie pages retired.
08 · Media and PR
The lever is conversion, not spend.
Pour money into ads while the funnel leaks and you pay more for the same loss. Fix the engine first (the sales team, the website, the offer ladder), then scale spend into it.
High-ticket funnel. The full membership: longer nurture, a strong sales close, financing up front.
Low-ticket funnel. Trials, academy terms, day passes, a recital seat. Never advertise the top fee as the way in.
Cost per membership illustrative
Cost per membershipEGP 20,000
Memberships per EGP 1M50
Preliminary figures from the media team, shared to frame the logic. Moving from 1.5% to 3% halves the cost per membership, and that is bought with a sales team, fast response, a CRM and a clear offer.
PR strategy
Credible before the ad runs.
- Champions, coaches and instructors as the voice of the club.
- Women and girls in sport and on stage: self-defence, artistic swimming, rhythmic gymnastics, music, drama.
- The homecoming story: Egypt's talent finally has a house to stay in.
- Events and showcases amplified into coverage: recitals and matches as news.
- CSR and the Paralympic partnership, as authentic goodwill.
- Partnerships: federations, UFC Gym Egypt, conservatories and arts institutions.
Earned credibility first, then paid scale, so cold audiences arrive warm. One scoreboard: qualified leads and memberships, attributed by source.
09 · What C&P delivers, end to end
We don't just advise. We build it, make it, run it, and report on the memberships it produces.
- Strategy & brandPositioning, voice, the identity, and three branches unified into one system.
- Content productionMonthly shoots across branches, sport and stage: reels, design, copy, calendar.
- Channels & communityHub-and-branch publishing, daily community care, the WhatsApp layer.
- CampaignsThe launch sprint and every tentpole, from concept to execution.
- MeasurementMonthly dashboards: reach, leads, conversion, cost per membership.
- GovernanceThe brand book, templates and the rules that let three managements run one brand.
The first 90 days
Build the engine first. Champions are the upside that follows.
- Weeks 1 to 4Decide and stop the leaks.
Approve the identity. Unify brand and handles. Fix the website and publish prices. Claim Google profiles. Stand up CRM, WhatsApp and sales scripts.
- Weeks 5 to 8Open the funnel.
Launch the membership ladder and the four academies as participation programs. Hub-and-branch social goes live. Ship the quote tool. Launch referrals.
- Weeks 9 to 12Acquire and prove.
Run the two-funnel media pilot, measure, optimise. The review drive, and the first public showcase.
- Phase 2The long game.
Elite pathways, scholarships, conservatory partnerships, and the champion and stage sub-brands, earned by a membership business that already works.
Measured against the only numbers that matter: qualified leads, conversion rate, cost per membership.
Let's build the house.
النادي.. نادينا
Fix the basics. Run the academies as the funnel. Build the sub-brands. Point every pound and every headline at one number: memberships.
